Dallas Mavericks debut streaming platform app for MavsTV to show games and more

The Dallas Mavericks’ new streaming platform has launched.

DALLAS — Fans, rejoice! The Dallas Mavericks have launched a streaming platform dedicated to MavsTV, providing another option to watch every Mavericks game this season as well as additional content.

The streaming platform, announced this fall and launched in collaboration with Endeavor Streaming and the NBA, will broadcast over 70 games within the team’s approved region, additional exclusive footage, on-demand content and more via the MavsTV app. The app is available to subscribe and stream via mobile, tablet and desktop or on tvOS, Android TV and Fire TV with releases for Roku and LG TVs expected to be available in the near future. It was first made available through the NBA app, NBA.com and all NBA-supported assets.

The games to be broadcast to fans in Texas and parts of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Oklahoma include all games not exclusively televised nationally.

“We are thrilled to work with Endeavor Streaming and Softtek to deliver a streaming experience of MavsTV for all of our fans,” said Dallas Mavericks CEO Cynt Marshall. “Our comprehensive content platform provides a one-stop shop for all things Mavs, allowing fans to connect with our team both on and off the court.”

The streaming option is available for the 2024-2025 season for a monthly fee of $14.99 or a season-long pass for $99.99, according to a press release.

“At Endeavor Streaming, we’re honored to work with the Dallas Mavericks across their streaming technology and direct-to-consumer operations,” said Matt Starker, Chief Business Officer at Endeavor Streaming. “As experts in helping properties and direct-to-consumer services acquire, engage and grow their audiences we see huge potential for the Mavericks and can’t wait to help them realize it.”

The games will also be broadcast for free over the air on KFAA Ch. 29 and WFAA Ch. 8. Fans can watch 70 games for free on KFAA starting Saturday, Oct. 26 when the Mavericks play the Phoenix Suns. At least 15 of those will also be simulcast on WFAA’s Ch. 8.

The free option is part of WFAA and TEGNA’s new multi-year agreement to broadcast Dallas Mavericks games. Fans who have a TV with antenna capabilities or have a television provider that includes KFAA in its offering won’t have to pay to watch games this season.
