ARLINGTON, Texas — Watch Dallas Wings games for free in the Dallas-Fort Worth area on KFAA! Here’s how to tune in.
The Dallas Wings, along with the rest of the basketball-centric city and state, are ready to welcome the No. 1 pick of the 2025 WNBA Draft.
The Wings have invited the community to celebrate the draft on Monday, April 14, at College Park Center in Arlington. The best part – tickets are free!
This draft is arguably the most anticipated in franchise history as the Wings will have the chance to draft UConn star Paige Bueckers with the No. 1 pick.
Bueckers is sure to help the Wings as the team has gone through a bit of change this offseason as they hired Chris Koclanes to replace Latricia Trammel and added Curt Miller as their general manager.
The Wings currently have two first-round picks and five total selections. In addition to the No. 1 pick, Dallas also has Nos. 12, 14, 27 and 31.
The Los Angeles Sparks will pick second and the Chicago Sky will pick third. There was no way Chicago could get the No. 1 pick because of a trade with Dallas in 2023 that allowed the Wings to swap picks with the Sky.
Fans who attend the watch party will get a chance to meet the Flight Crew – the Wings’ highflying, hip-hop-driven dance and hype crew – and team mascot Lightning, and play family-friendly games.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the WNBA Draft gets underway on ESPN at 6:30 p.m.
Season ticket members will get first dibs on tickets beginning March 31. Remaining tickets will be available for free on a first-come, first-served basis to the general public starting April 1.
