At this point, America is pretty aware that Disney has fallen to leftist political radicals and that the resulting product has made the company unviable. Moreover, there have been reports that people within the company were harassed for being conservative.
Now, a whistleblower has released evidence of this very thing happening.
As first highlighted by Bounding Into Comics, a YouTube channel called WDW Pro was handed documents by an unnamed whistleblower within Disney that showed employees of the company were required to perform woke actions in order to maintain their job security. In some instances, your bonus was directly tied to how Chief Diversity Officer Latondra Newton felt about you.
As RedState previously reported, Newton was one of the architects of Disney sinking into the depths of social justice adherence. She’d been with the company since 2017 and had done a tremendous amount of damage to forced applause by Disney. However, according to this whistleblower, the nefarious thing she got up to within the company included terrifying employees into obedience and persecuting conservatives.
“If you espoused, starting in the summer of 2020 and moving forward until today, if you espouse political beliefs in the workplace, or outside the workplace, or on social media and those political or sociocultural beliefs did not align with very far left views than you could expect to be sent to HR to have some serious conversations and discussions,” WDW Pro said, discussing the whistleblower’s information.
This is apparently how they began whittling conservative employees away and creating a leftist ideologue’s paradise as Bounding highlighted in the video:
“So if you went beyond not just filling out your Word doc where you had DEI requirements noted for your MBO document, let’s say, but instead you were actually on social media saying that you supported some sort of conservative value you were going to be brought into HR,” he explained. “And in doing this The Walt Disney Company seems to have eliminated the vast majority of their conservative employees and have turned the company into a monolithic kind of state where everyone there is is either far to the left on the spectrum or they are a moderate or conservative in hiding.”
WDW Pro added, “The whistleblower says that if they had known what working like Disney would be like, that it would have devastated them because they dreamed of working for Disney for so long. Once they received the job and they actually worked at Disney that it was a nightmare and that they had never worked at any company like this that had them do these things and tied it into their pay.”
It was revealed by the whistleblower that this also affected their hiring processes, as well as company training. According to documents provided by the whistleblower, company personnel were required to “participate in trainings and other educational D&I initiatives. Actively contribute to creating an inclusive and positive team environment – support colleagues from all backgrounds. Provide and support opportunities for underrepresented talent to grow their careers within TWDC through opportunities such as mentorship, stretch and special projects, career conversations and cross trainings (People Managers).”
These requirements also included “prioritizing, promoting, and sponsoring attendance at or in D&I (diversity and inclusion) focused initiatives.” This includes hiring and elevating people based on identity.
As WDW Pro points out, the whistleblower could provide no written proof of Disney bullying conservatives, but they aren’t the first to make that claim.
As RedState reported previously, a group of anonymous employees wrote an open letter begging for a stop to the internal culture war that was victimizing many an employee. They revealed that anyone who didn’t embrace leftism was intimidated and harassed by leadership and fellow employees. They were labeled as “bigots” and were forced to avoid attempts to out them for their true beliefs:
The workers referred to an internal poll asking whether they “felt accepted in the company” and explained that many “didn’t complete it because the nature of the questions made us worry that the results of the poll could be used to target us for quietly holding a position that runs against the progressive orthodoxy that Disney seems to promote.”
The workers complained that the company “has fostered an environment of fear that any employee who does not toe the line will be exposed and dismissed.”
As Bounding noted, actress Gina Carano also revealed in an interview with Ben Shaprio the bullying happening at Disney to her and other employees:
Speaking with The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro, Carano said, “I’ve been through so much, and I’ve seen so much now, clearly, of the bullying that’s been taking place, and I saw it before.”
She continued, “I’m not the only one that’s ever been bullied by this company, and I know that so deeply. I could share a story which would turn things around in the media but I can’t because it would sell out a friend…Everyone is afraid of losing their job,” she added.
Disney is in the midst of burning itself alive. Not long ago, Disney was an uncontested powerhouse of entertainment that seemed like it was going to dominate the world as the number one source of entertainment, however, it embraced insane radical practices both within and outside of the company. The rot that infected the house that Walt built destroyed its reputation and lost it billions of dollars in just a short time. It quickly went from an approval rating of 77 percent to 33 percent in just one year.

The hate thrown at conservatives isn’t anything new and, as I said at the beginning of this article, this information being delivered to us through the whistleblower is just confirming something we could deduce without too much proof. Still, it’s a really solid reminder about how toxic these DEI programs are, not just to companies, but to the well-being and livelihoods of the people who get caught in their crosshairs.
Conservatives, as well as other groups, are persecuted in corporate America constantly, and it’s necessary to highlight these things wherever possible.
