HELOTES, Texas – A Northside Independent School District bus was involved in a crash in Helotes, according to an official with the district.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday on Galm Road, not far from Bandera Road.
NISD confirmed no students were on the bus at the time of the crash.
According to Helotes police, it appears another vehicle hit the bus. It is unknown if the driver of that vehicle was injured or not.
The driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out but is expected to be OK.
