East Texas man killed in mobile home fire

   

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The Trinity Police Department is investigating the case.

TRINITY, Texas — An East Texas man was killed after an early Friday morning mobile home fire in Trinity County.

According to Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace, the fire happened at a mobile home on Clemons Street in Trinity around 5 a.m. James Barber, 71, of Trinity, died in the fire. 

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The Trinity Police Department is investigating the case.
