SPICEWOOD, Texas – The fall festival set to take place at Willie Nelson’s ranch has been scaled back from 10 days to three due to the “uncertainty of the touring market,” according to event organizers.
Lucktoberfest was originally scheduled to take place from Oct. 28 through Nov. 6. It will now take place Oct. 28-30.
“While we would like to be able to move forward with our original plan, we are incredibly excited about our new 3-day lineup, and feel it still represents the community-creating offerings only Texas can provide,” officials said in a statement posted to Facebook. “We hope you’ll love it as much as we do.”
Lucktoberfest will still take place at Luck Ranch, located at 1100 Bee Creek Road in Spicewood.
The lineup for the festivities includes big names like Los Lobos, Orville Peck, Tanya Tucker, Paul Cauthen’s Big Velvet Rescue, Shinyribs, Wurstfest favorite Alex Meizner and additional acts listed in the announcement below.
Anyone who already purchased tickets for the canceled dates will be contacted directly regarding refunds or ticket transfers.
Gates will open at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28 and at noon on Oct. 29 and 30.
Children 6 years of age and older require a ticket and anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Tickets can be purchased here and start at $35 per person for single-day general admission.
If you don’t get a chance to check out Los Lobos at Lucktoberfest, they’ll be headlining Muertos Fest in San Antonio on Oct. 29.
