FRISCO, Texas — FC Dallas and Dallas-based commercial real estate firm Cawley Partners announced plans on Friday for an office development on the west side of Toyota Stadium in Frisco.
The multi-phase office development has been designed by the architecture firm Gensler, which will include multiple Class A office buildings and offer more than one million square feet of office space, according to a FC Dallas press release.
“The enhancements to Toyota Stadium, combined with this ambitious new development, mark a game-changing moment for Frisco,” said FC Dallas President Dan Hunt. “This project will not only create a vibrant destination but also generate significant economic impact, attracting businesses, visitors, and talent to our growing city.”

FC Dallas President Dan Hunt told WFAA after the club’s season opener press conference on Wednesday that the final designs of the stadium are being finalized and groundbreaking on those upgrades will begin “sometime in March.”
The broader district redevelopment will encompass Class A office space, an upscale hotel, a multi-family residential community, and a curated mix of retail and dining destinations, FC Dallas said in its Friday press release.
“Our timing couldn’t be better,” said Bill Cawley, CEO of Cawley Partners. “With Toyota Stadium’s renovations beginning soon and the vision for this district taking shape, we’re not just building office space—we’re helping to create an energetic, walkable environment where businesses will thrive and people will want to gather, work, and play.”
The development will be finished in phases, with the first phase expected to be completed by 2028, according to FC Dallas.
