Finesilver Curve in downtown San Antonio to reopen next week

SAN ANTONIO – The Finesilver Curve in downtown San Antonio will reopen next week after crews finish repairs, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The closure allowed crews to pour concrete on the ramp, which connects Interstate 35 southbound to Interstate 10 westbound, TxDOT said.

Detour signs will direct traffic to exit S. Alamo St., use the intersection to turn around and enter northbound I-35 to continue onto westbound I-10. Drivers can also use the San Pedro exit from I-35 South to Elmira and then get back onto the I-10 West frontage road.

Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid delays.
