Fire burns in vacant building attached to notable chef’s catering business, officials say

 

A fire burned at 713 North Main Street in Fort Worth overnight, officials said.

FORT WORTH, Texas — A fire burned a vacant building attached to Tim Love’s catering company in Fort Worth overnight, officials said. 

Firefighters responded to a fire around 2:19 a.m. Dec 30 at 713 North Main Street in Fort Worth, according to fire officials. A vacant two-story building attached to Tim Love’s catering company caught on fire and the fire did not spread to surrounding buildings, according to officials on the scene. 

Tim Love is a notable Fort Worth chef who owns several restaurants including the Love Shack and Lonesome Dove. Officials on the scene said its possible the catering space sustained water damage as officials were working to combat the fire. 

By 3:58 a.m. the fire was extinguished, according to officials on the scene.
