FIRST ALERT TRAFFIC: All lanes open on I-10 E near Texas border; some traffic remains

SWLA, La. (KPLC) – Congestion is now at around three miles on I-10 Eastbound near the Texas/Louisiana border, DOTD reports.

Both lanes are now open after a disabled tractor-trailer blocked the right lane.

Drivers are encouraged to find an alternate route.
