BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – This week’s First Responders Salute goes out to Texas A&M University Assistant Police Chief Bobby Richardson.
Richardson was one of 23 recent graduates of the Leadership Command College at the Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas.
