Gas prices drop 15 cents in a week across the Alamo City

  

SAN ANTONIO – The average gasoline price in San Antonio has experienced a drastic drop of $0.15 in the last week.

According to GasBuddy, the average price for gas is $2.54/gallon across our city today.

Compared to a month ago, these prices are 9.6 cents lower per gallon. Compared to a year ago, prices are 36.5 centers lower per gallon.

Looking across the city, the cheapest station in San Antonio was priced at $2.09/gallon at the Amigos Food Mart on S. Zarzamora St., while the most expensive was $2.99/gallon.

The lowest gas price in Texas was $2.08/gallon, while the highest was $3.29/gallon.

Nationally, the average price of gas has fallen 3.5 cents/gallon to $3.04/gallon.
