Relating to a rural community-based care pilot program.

Relating to the definition of emergency care for purposes of certain health
benefit plans.



SB 670         Hughes                 

Relating to patient authorization to access certain investigational sun
protection products.



SB 731         Miles                  

Relating to required water pressure boosters for certain housing developments
that receive an allocation of low income housing tax credits.



SB 732         Miles                  

Relating to required generators or other power sources for certain housing
developments that receive an allocation of low income housing tax credits.



SB 916         Zaffirini              

Relating to consumer protections against certain medical and health care
billing by emergency medical services providers.



SB 961         Kolkhorst              

Relating to fraud prevention and verifying eligibility for benefits under
Medicaid.



Public testimony is limited to 2 minutes. If submitting
written testimony, please provide 20 copies, with your name on each copy, to
the Committee clerk during the hearing.
