Relating to certain requirements regarding a contract between a single source
continuum contractor and the Department of Family and Protective Services.

Relating to dispute resolution for and enforcement actions against certain
long-term care facilities.



SB 2544        Hancock                

Relating to eligibility for mediation of certain out-of-network health
benefit claims.



SB 2653        Hall                   

Relating to the prohibition on water fluoridation; creating a penalty.



SB 2796        Hughes                 

Relating to the Cancer Prevention Research Institute’s fiscal
responsibilities to the state of Texas.



Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If
submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies to the Committee Clerk
