Heavy rain possible at times this week around San Antonio – especially over Mother’s Day Weekend

Rain chances continue at times this Mother’s Day Weekend, after the heaviest of the rain fell Friday night and early Saturday morning.

A Flood Watch has been issued for South Central Texas until 8 pm Saturday.

Saturday (5/13)

After the heavy rain predawn, scattered showers and storms remain possible during the day although coverage will be less
Otherwise, cloudy with a high in the upper-70s

Sunday, Mother’s Day (5/14)

On Mother’s Day, additional “on & off” rain is expected, but coverage will only be about 40% . Still check the radar before heading out to lunch with mom and keep checking the KSAT Weather Authority App for updates!
