White Rock Lake Park

With over 1,000 acres of green space, scenic lake views, and plenty of shaded picnic areas, this is an awesome spot for a relaxing outdoor meal. And it’s all located just about five miles northeast of downtown Dallas.

Klyde Warren Park

This 5.2-acre urban oasis is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway and it seamlessly connects Uptown and Downtown Dallas. The park offers a lush green lawn, tree-lined paths, and plenty of seating areas, making it a prime spot for a casual picnic.

Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
