Listing agents devise new strategy to sell Dallas mansion

DALLAS — A landmark Dallas estate hits the market with a massive price tag.

The Crespi Estate at 5916 Walnut Hill Lane went back on the market Feb. 26 with an asking price of $64 million, the priciest listing in all of Texas .

“The home is nothing ever seen in Dallas,” co-listing agent Pogir Pogir with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s said.

The listing includes the 12-acre mansion property plus an additional 3.74 acres north of the estate.

“So much investment has gone into this property,” co-lisitng agent Diane Duvall with Briggs Freeman said.
