COLD FRONT TOMORROW MORNING

A cold front will sweep through tomorrow morning and will drop temperatures twenty degrees compared to today, so you can expect afternoon temperatures near 70° tomorrow. Then temperatures will drop even more into New Year’s Day with a morning temperature near 40° and an afternoon high around 60°. Thereafter, temperatures should remain cooler (relatively speaking) with no big warmup expected.

NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATIONS

COLD SNAP IN JANUARY?

We know it’ll be cooler to start to 2025, with highs close to 60° both Wednesday and Thursday, but beyond then, the models continue to hint at a colder airmass for much of the country. As of now, odds favor the core of the cold air to brush against Texas, but of course things can change between now and then, so check back for updates. And if you’re hearing rumblings of snow around January 8th, it’s as small possibility, but not a probability yet. We give it a 10% chance at the moment. We’ll keep you updated …
