Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu created a stir when he called out the Biden Administration for bottlenecking munitions needed for Israel to finish the war.

Now, he is defending that action and giving us an insight into the behind-the-scenes tactics of the Biden Administration.

In a recent interview with Jake Sherman of Punchbowl News, Netanyahu explained that going public was not his first attempt to resolve the issue between the allies, and he felt that it was at a crucial point where action was needed.
I deeply appreciate the support we were given by President Biden and the United States administration for our war effort from the beginning. President Biden came here, he sent two carrier groups, and he gave us valuable assistance and ammunition and weapons from the beginning of the war. I appreciate that. And I remain appreciative.
We began to see that we had some significant problems emerging a few months ago. And in fact, we tried, in many, many quiet conversations between our officials and American officials, and between me and the president to try to iron out this diminution of supply.
And we haven’t been able to solve it. Now this is crucial. It’s crucial for our common war aims to defeat Hamas and to prevent an escalation in Lebanon to a full-fledged war to have this supply. Because, otherwise, it hinders Israel’s ability to fight this war, which is an actual war of survival and multi-front war against Iran, that Iran terror axis and its various terrorist minions, Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen and others.

While the Prime Minister has received criticism for publicizing his differences with America’s president, he wasn’t the first to break the trust between the two leaders. Biden initially seemed to support Israel after the attack on October 7, 2023, but those experienced with the loyalty and attention span of our government were holding their breath and waiting for him to buckle.
As sure as anything, that buckle came and when pressure mounted, Biden caved to his far-left supporters and has more than once thrown Netanyahu under the bus.
What we learn from Netanyahu’s confession of spending months behind the scenes trying to get Biden to do what he says publicly he is doing, is that Biden is playing us all. He says one thing publicly to appease one group, then secretly does another thing to appease a different group. This game of charades has one goal – for Biden to never be held accountable because he maintains the facade that he is giving everyone what they want, while in reality giving them nothing.
Or perhaps, more accurately, one group will always be given the “lip service” while the other is given the actual action. We all know which is which.

Prime Minister Netanyahu doesn’t have time for these games, and we shouldn’t either. This deceptive behavior is at the core of why Trump became so popular. While he can be brash, many voters would rather know who the person is they are voting for, instead of a politician playing the game and pandering to public perception, then secretly doing a completely different thing.
With Trump, good or bad, you get what you see. Many would rather accept his apparent and unhidden shortcomings than gamble with the Left’s chameleon politicians who always push their own agenda at the end of the day.
