FOREST HILL, Texas — Two people are dead after an incident near a car wash in Forest Hill on Monday, MedStar confirms.
Video from WFAA crews on the scene shows Forest Hill Police, MedStar and the Fort Worth Fire Department responding at a car wash in the 6500 block of Forest Hill Drive. This is southeast of Rolling Hills Park and southwest of Lake Arlington.
Officials have yet to provide additional details about what happened and the two people who died haven’t been identified.
WFAA has a crew on the scene working to gather more information and has reached out to Forest Hill Police.
