Indoor pickleball franchise plans to expand presence in North Texas

 

Pickleball Kingdom, the world’s largest indoor pickleball franchise, announced plans to open more DFW locations.

DALLAS — The world’s largest pickleball franchise plans to expand its North Texas presence, the company announced Wednesday. 

Pickleball Kingdom, which has locations across the U.S. including North Texas, is looking to open more franchises in DFW, the company said in a press release. There are already locations open in Dallas, Plano and Pflugerville, according to the release. 

Each location will feature indoor courts, professional coaching programs and a pro shop, the release states. Arshad Nizam will lead development in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

“I am excited to bring more Pickleball Kingdom locations to Dallas/Fort Worth because it offers a unique and fun recreational activity for people of all ages and skill levels,” Nizam said. “Pickleball is a fast-growing sport that promotes physical activity, social interaction, and friendly competition.” 

The company is seeking franchisees to fuel the expansion, the release states. Pickeball Kindom currently has 350 locations in the U.S., according to the company.
