FORECAST DETAILS:
Hope you’ve had a great weekend!
After a notably drier afternoon compared to the past several, just an isolated (10%-20%) chance of a stray shower remains in the forecast through sunset. Sunday evening plans will also consist of temperatures falling through the 80s under partly-to-mostly cloudy skies.
With high pressure in control, a drier weather pattern takes over for the start of the upcoming work week.
Monday starts off in the mid-70s with some morning cloud cover before afternoon sunshine takes over and high temperatures reach for the mid-to-upper 90s. Winds will be out of the south at 5 to 10 mph.
A light concentration of Saharan dust will continue to work through our sky before clearing out more on Tuesday. No notable impacts to air quality are expected.
More of the same is generally in store through the middle of the week before a weak front moves into Texas by Thursday. This could help spark slightly better chances for isolated-to-scattered rain ahead of the upcoming weekend. Something to check back on in the days ahead!
We’ll keep you posted. Until then — have a great evening! ~ Mia
