It’s been less than a month since President Donald Trump took office, and already we see tremendous progress at the border.
This dramatic reduction in illegal crossings is just one of the many victories we’re already seeing under President Trump’s leadership.
With the Biden-Harris Open Border Administration behind us, Texas is no longer left to bear the brunt of the border crisis. The ICE raids send a clear message to anyone in the country illegally or attempting to cross illegally into the United States: America will NOT tolerate open borders any longer!
In 2021, Texas launched Operation Lone Star – our historic border mission to defend our southern border against Biden’s reckless open border policies. Our efforts were so successful, the Trump Administration is using it as a model to secure the border.
Texas is proud to have a partner in the White House who will restore order at the border and make America safe and secure again.
With this level of success, the progress at the border will only continue, and we won’t stop until we END THE BORDER CRISIS.
But make no mistake: the job is far from over, Friend.
Texas and the Trump Administration will continue to fight side-by-side at the border to protect you, your family, and your community. While our soldiers, troopers, law enforcement, and everyone involved in this historic mission work tirelessly to keep you safe, I’m asking you for a simple favor:
