Your source for mainline mainstream media misdeeds and malarkey.
This week the glorious journalism event of the year took place, the awarding of the Pulitzer Prizes! CAN YOU FEEL THE EXCITEMENT?!?! (Yep, we cannot either.) We take a look at some of the winners, such as the New York Times for its coverage in Gaza, after completely screwing up its coverage in Gaza.
Also winning the top prize was ProPublica, for its series of hit pieces on Justice Clarence Thomas, while avoiding Justice Sonia Sotomayor having far bigger issues. (We also show her ties with the governing body of the Pulitzers.)
Next, we examine a deep examination in Politico Magazine about the state of journalism. Writer Jack Shafer declares the press has lost its swagger and has become a mewling group of complaining woke whiners – and then he whines that reporters are being picked on. Then we review The Roast Of Tom Brady, showing on Netflix, and detail why it is crude and nasty, and that is every reason why it should exist.
Now, crack one open and savor some mainstream media malpractice and misinformation.
