I’m going to be keeping an eye on Day Two of the Pam Bondi hearing – this one won’t involve Bondi herself facing questions, but rather witnesses testifying regarding her nomination. Those witnesses include:

- Nicholas B. Cox – Statewide Prosecutor (FL)
- Emery Gainey – Former Alachua County Sheriff
- Lisa Gilbert – Co-President – Public Citizen – Washington, DC
- Mary B. McCord – Executive Director of the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection – Georgetown University Law Center – Washington, DC
