FORECAST
Tomorrow will start just like the past several days with high humidity and temperatures in the mid 70s, but noticeable changes will arrive later in the day.
Expect the humidity to plummet around sunset tomorrow evening, and once the humidity drops, it’s likely to stay low through the weekend and into next week. Not only will it feel more pleasant outside, but the drier air will allow for cooler mornings.
Morning temperatures will drop into the 60s starting Thursday with the coolest morning being Friday at 63°. Afternoon temperatures will drop a little bit to near 90° but will remain above average.
Other than a highly isolated shower tomorrow afternoon, a sunny and dry weather pattern will prevail.
TROPICS
Tropical Storm Helene is currently in the Caribbean but will gradually move into the Eastern Gulf of Mexico then rapidly strengthen. It’s expected to become a “major” category 3 hurricane with winds up to 115 mph by Thursday morning as it takes aim at the Big Bend region of Florida – likely making landfall later that evening/night.
