This year, we are excited to partner with the RGV Hispanic Chamber to extend this recognition to the inspiring women of the Rio Grande Valley. The Luna Awards honor those who excel in their fields, from women-owned firms and service companies to exceptional leaders and administrative professionals who contribute to the industry’s growth and innovation in cities such as Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, El Paso, Houston, San Antonio, and now the Rio Grande Valley. “The partnership with RHCA  marks an important step in highlighting the crucial roles women play within the construction industry,” said Cynthia Sakulenzki, President & CEO of the RGVHCC. “Together, we are opening doors and creating pathways for the next generation of industry leaders. Construction for years has been mostly male dominated but now women are very much involved and the Luna Awards are a wonderful way to recognize these women. These scholarships are also an investment in the promising futures of students in the Rio Grande Valley, preparing them to make meaningful contributions to our community and beyond, and we are delighted to be able to be part of it.”
