Maddow Meltdown: Liberal Host Goes on Narcissistic Rant, Worries Trump Would Send Her to Internment Camp

Far-left MSNBC host Rachel Maddow was interviewed by email by CNN’s Oliver Darcy, an equally progressive media critic, for his “Reliable Sources” newsletter and showed amazing narcissism by opining that a U.S. president would spend his time thinking of her rather than running the country. She’s not worried about current President Joe Biden, who has actually shown some dictatorial tendencies, but instead, she’s concerned that should former President Donald Trump win back his office, he will immediately begin sending liberals to internment camps.

Like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez  (D-NY), Maddow thinks it’s all about her.

I’m so important!

Total Paranoia: AOC Fears Jail Time at the Hands of Donald Trump, If He Is Reelected

I think she need not fear; as far as I know there are no federal laws against having a low IQ.

Darcy started the progressive fearmongering with his opening question to Maddow:

DARCY: Trump and his allies are openly talking about weaponizing the government to seek revenge against critics in media and politics, with some of his extremist allies even talking about jailing their fellow Americans. You’re one of his most notable critics on television. Are you worried that you could be a target?

“You’re one of his most notable critics on television,” he fawns. Outside of the hard-core left, no—she’s not. She’s an annoying hysteric who is prone to breaking into tears on live TV and spreading conspiracy theories:

 She responded:

MADDOW: I’m worried about the country broadly if we put someone in power who is openly avowing that he plans to build camps to hold millions of people, and to “root out” what he’s described in subhuman terms as his “enemy from within.” Again, history is helpful here. He’s not joking when he says this stuff, and we’ve seen what happens when people take power proclaiming that kind of agenda.

I think there’s a little bit of head-in-the-sand complacency that Trump only intends to go after individual people he has already singled out. Do you really think he plans to stop at well-known liberals?

It also seems pretty clear that some people in politics might think they’ll be on the safe side — that they might even benefit from it — if they side with Trump. Ask Mike Pence about how that works out in the end.

When Trump invokes the Insurrection Act to deploy the U.S. military against civilians on his first day in office, do you think he then rescinds the order on day two?

The Insurrection Act? When did he indicate he would invoke that? And why would he need it—unless you’re telling us that liberals are going to riot in the streets and try to overthrow the government if he’s elected. Interesting.

MADDOW: For that matter, what convinces you that these massive camps he’s planning are only for migrants?

So, yes, I’m worried about me — but only as much as I’m worried about all of us. [Bolding mine.]

There, she finally got to it at the end—it’s all really about her, you see. Like her fellow narcissist AOC, she really thinks that should Trump get elected again, he’s going to take time away from fixing the border, improving our economy, reshaping the Justice Department, and dealing with foreign adversaries to go after a low-rated extremist cable TV host? Puh-leaze.

She’s basically a shill for Biden and the Democrats:

What’s also so inane about rants like these, though—and there are plenty of them from tinfoil hat-wearing liberals—is that Donald Trump did not show a particularly autocratic attitude during his presidency. The current command-in-chief most certainly has: He’s threatened the Supreme Court and flatly ignored its rulings, his Justice Department is going after his political rivals, and he’s unilaterally declared an open border. Maddow, however, is probably too busy reading her fan mail and looking in the mirror to know this.

That is one big ego.
