Jerrekus Rishawn Pendleton, 35, faces a charge of terroristic threat. Police had been searching for him for more than a week.
EULESS, Texas — After almost two weeks of searching, Euless police have arrested a man that allegedly made a threat towards an elementary school.
The police department posted a picture of Jerrekus Rishawn Pendleton in custody on Oct. 19. In the updated posts, the Euless police department thanked the Texas Attorney General’s Office Fugitive Squad for their help in finding Pendleton.
They say the suspect was arrested on Oct. 17 and booked at the Tarrant County jail.
Officers originally posted about him on Oct. 5, saying he was wanted for making a threat towards Oakwood Terrace Elementary School, near Simmons Street and West Euless Boulevard.
More information about the alleged threat was not released.
Police provided extra security at the school, which is part of the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District.
