Man arrested after shooting, killing brother in Fort Worth, police say

 

According to police, the victim died at the scene.

FORT WORTH, Texas — A man was arrested in Fort Worth after shooting and killing his sibling Saturday, police said. 

According to the Fort Worth Police Department, officers responded to 1466 Arbor Ridge Dr. around 7:03 p.m. to the report of a disturbance, however, while on the call, details changed it to a shooting. 

When officers arrived, police said they found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead at the scene, police said. 

According to Fort Worth PD, the suspect, who is the victim’s brother, was arrested. 

The reasons for the shooting were not immediately made clear.
