Billionaire Mark Cuban, part-owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, has been busy shilling for Kamala Harris to anyone who will listen, and he’s been coming across as desperate and thirsty because he’s forced to make nonsensical arguments to support one of the worst presidential candies we have ever seen. It’s clear he’s auditioning for a high-profile job in a potential Kamala administration.

On Friday, he appeared on CNN with legal analyst Scott Jennings, but he probably wishes he hadn’t because he was left a sputtering mess, with his final argument being that Harris actually didn’t do anything as vice president. That’s hardly compelling, Mark.
Watch:
Cuban somehow thought it was a good idea to take on Jennings. He thought wrong.
JENNINGS: “You act as though she just landed here on a spacecraft 13 weeks ago. She’s been the vice president for an entire term. But she was in the United States Senate. She did not show up here 13 weeks ago. She has a record as vice president. And I think what’s hurting your campaign is that she also has a record when she ran for president, and she said a lot of things that have come back to her.”
CUBAN: “That’s a different world. I mean, I can go back ten years. When Donald Trump said he wanted to tax oil companies out of existence. You can talk about section 230. You can talk about Bitcoin. You can talk about abortion. There’s a long list of things that Donald Trump has flip flopped on.”
JENNINGS: “But he was the president and he has a record and she was the vice president. And she has a record.”
CUBAN: “But, you know, that whole comparison isn’t legit because the vice president doesn’t do anything.”
What?
“The vice president sat around and didn’t do anything for four years so she has no record” is one hell of an argument, Mark.
You’re supposed to be campaigning *for* Kamala.
This wasn’t a fair fight.

Jennings finished him off by showing just exactly how many important (disastrous) decisions Kamala Harris was in on as VP.
This is hardly the first time Cuban has been mercilessly exposed:

There was more—and Cuban didn’t fare any better in those sections. Jennings himself posted the rest of it with a gracious note:
I usually post short clips but tonight here’s the full debate with @mcuban on @cnn. Hosted by @kaitlancollins who was terrific as always. Yellow lines and dead squirrels ! Mark was gracious and I enjoyed meeting him.
Jennings has proven over and over during this election cycle that he is unwilling to suffer fools, and he’s regularly giving a nightly CNN Dem-dominated panel fits as he counters their extremism with something known as facts.

The lesson is: if you’re a low-information Dem relying on platitudes and stale talking points, don’t go up against Scott Jennings. You won’t come out unscathed.
