McAllen Holiday Parade Extends Shoebox Parade Entry Deadline to Nov. 20th

Open to children, adults, families, schools, non-profits and civic organizations from throughout the entire Rio Grande Valley and beyond, all creativity and imaginations are invited to build a parade float entry – on a shoebox.
