McAllen Public Library Celebrates a Decade of  South Texas Book Festival, Oct. 26th-31st

The festival’s main day will take place on Saturday, October 28, 203 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Main Library located at 4001 N. 23rd Street.
