McHI JROTC Cadets Earn Leadership Challenge Awards

Cadets from McAllen High School’s Army Junior ROTC earned multiple awards at the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Camp at John Newcombe Tennis Ranch, June 12-16.
