SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the groundskeeping contractor who died following an accident on the Northwest Vista College campus.
Jorge Gonzalez was identified Wednesday morning by the medical examiner. He was 55.
A cause and a manner of death were not immediately available.
The accident occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 3. Details about what happened are not yet known as SAPD continues its investigation.
Northwest Vista College is offering counseling services to employees and students who need support.
“Our hearts go out to the individual’s family, friends, and colleagues,” the college stated in a release.
