Missing teenager found ‘alive and well,’ sheriff’s office says

  

BEXAR COUNTY, TexasUPDATE on 12/30/2024: The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the search for a formerly missing teenager has ended.

Klarissa Ann Zapata, 15, was found ‘alive and well’ on Monday, the sheriff’s office said.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is requesting help from the public to locate a missing teenager.

Klarissa Ann Zapata, 15, was last seen around 7:45 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of Skybound in west Bexar County.

Zapata is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair, BCSO said.

The sheriff’s office mentioned that Zapata was wearing a black blouse, denim shorts, black Crocs, and a black Nike backpack when she was last seen.

Zapata could be in the Luckey Ranch area, according to BCSO.
