Relating to notice to property owners regarding certain stationary LP-gas
installations.

Relating to the establishment of a theft of petroleum products task force.
SB 1145 Birdwell
| et al.
Relating to the authority of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to
issue permits for the land application of water produced from certain mining
and oil and gas extraction operations.
Public testimony is limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies
to the committee clerk with your name or the name of your organization on
