Relating to the management and operation of the Gulf Coast Protection
District.

Relating to creation of the gulf coast protection account to be administered
by the General Land Office.

Relating to establishment of the temporary prescribed burn manager
self-insurance pool; authorizing a fee.



SB 728         Johnson                

Relating to an incentive program to promote beverage container recycling.



SB 2689        Hancock                

Relating to the development, promotion, and funding of certain recycling
projects.



HB 143         King
| et al.            SP: Hancock

Relating to the authority of the Railroad Commission of Texas and the Public
Utility Commission of Texas to address a failure by an operator to maintain
an electrical power line serving a well site or certain surface facilities in
accordance with the National Electrical Code.
