‘New year new last name’ | Paxton Pomykal announces proposal to fiancé on social media

 

Paxton Pomykal announced the proposal with his fiancé on social media on New Years Day.

FRISCO, Texas — Wedding bells are ringing in Frisco! 

FC Dallas midfielder Paxton Pomykal announced on social media on New Years Day that he proposed to his now-fiancé.

“New year new last name 🤍💍,” the happy couple wrote on Instagram.

The club congratulated their homegrown talent on social media , as well. 

Pomykal was born and raised in North Texas: born in Lewisville and attended Grapevine Colleyville ISD Virtual Academy, as well as Marcus High School in Flower Mound. He joined the FC Dallas youth academy team in 2014 and was called up to the senior team in 2016. Pomykal has also made three appearances for the United States Men’s National soccer team.

Pomykal’s FC Dallas teammates and former academy teammates, including Paul Arriola, Sebastian Lletget, and Chris Richards, all congratulated them in the comments
