New York Is a Little Safer: A New Image Shows Daniel Penny Is Back to Riding on the Subway

New York subways just got a little bit safer as the hero Daniel Penny has been spotted riding around the New York cars once again.

As you can see below, the photo going around shows Penny lounging back, reading a book, as if he didn’t go through a massive ordeal over the past year.

This is undoubtedly the safest train car in all of New York, as criminals will be a bit more wary around a man who’s not only proven he is fully capable and knowledgeable about how to stop them, but that he’s probably not going to get in trouble for doing so either.

Penny famously stopped repeat violent criminal Jordan Neely from harassing and assaulting innocents on a train car back in 2023. Despite many hailing him as a hero, New York officials automatically attempted to slap him with a murder charge.

Only Penny’s actions were clearly not meant to permanently harm Neely. As Neely was becoming dangerous, Penny put him into a chokehold, bringing him down to the ground. After Neely was rendered unconscious, Penny put the man into a recovery position. When paramedics arrived, they reportedly didn’t want to give Neely mouth-to-mouth for fear of contracting herpes.

Neely ultimately died, resulting in New York’s justice system targeting Penny.

However, as I wrote at the time, it was evident that Penny was innocent of murder and that he was defending people. Penny’s real crime was making people wonder why someone like Neely, a repeat criminal with a clear mental illness, was still able to walk freely and threaten innocent people. In short, this incident embarrassed the Democrats in power, and that’s why Penny went through what he did:

Democrat politicians have failed New Yorkers to the point where New Yorkers, or people visiting, have to deal with the fallout of their failed policies. When politicians are soft on crime, the people wind up having to deal with it first hand.

Penny did the job the people in charge were supposed to do, and this makes them look bad. In the Democrat world, there is no crime greater than making them look bad and threatening their hold on power. Penny is on trial because is actions made people question the validity and efficacy of the people at the top.

Penny isn’t being held because he committed a crime, he’s being held because he’s a political prisoner.

Penny was ultimately vindicated and was found not guilty of all charges, which was good and right.

No one in America should have to sit back and watch as innocent people are intimidated or assaulted. Moreover, no one should have to be punished for stopping bad people from doing bad things. If the good guys can’t do good, then civilization falls apart as evil would have absolutely nothing to fear.

So now we get this incredible picture of Penny simply riding the subway, reading a book, and minding his own business.

It’s a mundane looking picture, but it carries with it a long story that has a lot of weight to it.
