The crash happened around 1:23 a.m. on Saturday.
DALLAS — A driver was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after hitting and killing a man early Saturday morning, police said.
According to the Dallas Police Department, an unidentified man was walking in the 3000 block of S. Great Trinity Forest Way near Bonnie View Road when a gold vehicle heading east on the road hit and killed the man. DPD said the driver, 28-year-old Kente Kelly, was arrested and charged for driving while intoxicated.
Police told WFAA that the investigation is ongoing.
