DALLAS — A person in a wheelchair was hit by a fire truck in east Dallas on Thursday, Dallas Fire-Rescue says.
The crash happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Highland Road and Ferguson Road in northeast Dallas, according to Dallas Fire-Rescue.
The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, officials say.
