Pharr Housing Authority, PSJA ISD Award Over $65,000 in Scholarships

Project READ was able to award numerous scholarships, ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 to students residing in housing under the Pharr Housing Authority that will be pursuing a future in vocational, technical, US Armed Forces, or a university degree.
