ARLINGTON, Texas — Arlington police and a police helicopter spent over in a high-speed/low-speed chase late Friday night near Interstate 20.
WFAA photojournalist Josh Stephen captured it on camera and reported that the chase, which began at approximately 10:15 p.m. Friday, went through several side streets in Arlington before ultimately ending in the 1300 block of Colonnade Drive at Creekridge Drive.
Speeds ranged between 25 miles per hour and 70 miles per hour, our photographer said, and the driver was arrested.
At one point in the chase, according to Stephen, a person who was in the car jumped out.
WFAA has reached out to law enforcement authorities in both Arlington and Fort Worth for more information about the chase.
