FORECAST
Happy Monday!
After a nice afternoon, you’ll want to take the jacket out to any evening plans with temperatures falling through the 50s and eventually into the 40s later tonight. Skies turn mostly cloudy with winds out of the northeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
TUESDAY: CHILLY MORNING, COOL AFTERNOON
Another cold start is in store Tuesday morning with lows in the 30s for most. While San Antonio should miss out on a light freeze, a few low-30s can’t be ruled out across portions of the Hill Country and in outlying areas.
Highs reach for the upper-50s by the afternoon with mostly cloudy skies.
WEDNESDAY: SMALL RAIN CHANCE
Cloudy skies take over on Wednesday with a few, light showers possible. Chances currently sit at 30%, and while it won’t be for everyone, know that at least the morning commute could be damp in spots.
MORE COLD AIR?
Yes, it’s looking that way. As of now, another strong, Arctic front will arrive on Saturday, with colder air spilling into the area by Sunday via a gusty north wind.
Know that the timing may change a bit over the next few days, but next week is trending cold. Hard freezes are looking possible, potentially as early as MLK Day. That means that you may need to dress very warm for the march!
As for any precipitation… it’s too early to tell. Of course, as more data comes in, we’ll be able to get your more specifics.
More updates to come!
