FORECAST DETAILS:
Expect more of the same weather this weekend with random, pop-up showers each afternoon from roughly noon to 6pm. Coverage will be limited and the downpours will be brief, but a few lucky neighborhoods could get a quick half inch or more.
The weather pattern shifts next week and becomes more favorable for scattered to widespread showers starting late Monday. Drought denting rain is possible with the potential of up to 4″ over the span of 5 days.
This pattern shift will also allow for temperatures to drop below average with afternoon highs likely to be in the upper 80s.
