Rusk County sheriff joins other Texas sheriffs to urge federal help with border crisis

In a letter addressed to Gov. Greg Abbott, on behalf of the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas, Smith County Sheriff Larry Smith is making a plea to declare the “Texas border
