Authorities said Zyion Hymes was last seen around 11:40 a.m., leaving his home along Purpletop Drive near Collins St. & Southeast Parkway in Arlington.
ARLINGTON, Texas — Authorities are looking for an 8-year-old boy who was reported missing Tuesday morning.
The Arlington Police Department said Zyion Hymes was last seen around 11:40 a.m., leaving his home along Purpletop Dr. near Collins St & Southeast Pkwy in Arlington.
Zyion was last seen wearing all black at the time.
Police said they don’t believe Zyion is in immediate danger. However, Tuesday’s triple-digit heat and the fact that he has been missing for more than four hours is a cause for concern.
“We’d like to find him and return him to his family,” the department said.
