Secretary Nelson Convenes Border Trade Advisory Committee Meeting in McAllen

Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson, in coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation, convened a meeting of the Border Trade Advisory Committee (BTAC) in McAllen this morning.
