There’s an important update on the lawsuit that Missouri and Louisiana filed back in May against members of the Biden Administration, including Joe Biden, to expose the collusion between them and social media companies to censor speech on a variety of subjects-including things like the Hunter Biden laptop and COVID.
“Big Tech has become an extension of Biden’s Big Government, and neither are protecting the freedoms of Americans; rather, they are suppressing truth and demonizing those who think differently,” said Attorney General Landry. “Ripped from the playbook of Stalin and his ilk, Biden has been colluding with Big Tech to censor free speech and propagandize the masses. We are fighting back to ensure the rule of law and prevent the government from unconstitutional banning, chilling, and stifling of speech.”
Now, Missouri and Louisiana are detailing in a joint statement some of what they have uncovered in the suit so far, and it spells big trouble for the Biden Administration, according to Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt.
“We have already received a number of documents that clearly prove that the federal government has an incestuous relationship with social media companies and clearly coordinate to censor freedom of speech, but we’re not done,” Schmitt said.”The Department of Justice is cowering behind executive privilege and has refused to turn over communications between the highest-ranking Biden Administration officials and social media companies. That’s why, yesterday, we asked the Court to compel the Department of Justice to produce those records. We’re just getting started – stay tuned.”
The joint statement called it a vast “Censorship Enterprise.” It explained that the DOJ provided the two states with information pursuant to the suit, identifying 45 federal officials who have interacted with social media companies on misinformation. But on top of that, Meta identified 32 additional federal officials, including White House officials, who communicated with them; YouTube also identified 11 federal officials, including White House officials, many of whom were not disclosed by the DOJ.
The joint statement continues, “The discovery provided so far demonstrates that this Censorship Enterprise is extremely broad, including officials in the White House, HHS, DHS, CISA, the CDC, NIAID, and the Office of the Surgeon General; and evidently other agencies as well, such as the Census Bureau, the FDA, the FBI, the State Department, the Treasury Department, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. And it rises to the highest levels of the U.S. Government, including numerous White House officials. Defendants have objected to producing some of the most relevant and probative information in their possession.”
So, they’re coordinating to follow what the White House “expects” of them.
Among the things revealed in the emails so far are the regular coordination between the Biden Administration and Facebook, where it talks about regular weekly meetings and planning a monthly “misinformation” meeting.
They tried to get together on concerns about the Disinformation Governance Board.
They were even concerned about things like parody Fauci accounts, and coordinated to see if such an account could be taken down.
The Biden Administration is trying to censor anyone who may think differently than the narrative they are trying to push-and they call MAGA people the fascists? This opens up the door to all kinds of potential First Amendment questions, when they are having coordination at this level and seemingly acting under the direction of the White House. This may also explain why Mark Zuckerberg came out and admitted on Joe Rogan’s podcast that the FBI contacted them about election misinformation before the Hunter Biden story dropped and that Facebook restricted the story. Zuckerberg was probably trying to get out ahead of this, knowing this was going to drop.
